My ideal day would add up to having a lovely filling breakfast that consisted of fresh fruit and banana pancakes. Then rent a bycicle to venture through a town that had bright yellow painted buildings all around.
having a look at beautiful and old arcitecheture with Chinese influenced temples and tasty street food.
Maybe I could visit a local tailors and get a dress or a suit made for a quarter of the price of what you’d get in the UK….
In the afternoon, I could go out with my fellow backpacker dorm mates and have a drink on a boat bar.
Where the streets are lit wth lanterns with all the colours of the rainbows! At every street corner… Sounds like a good day so far doesn’t it?
Well then get yourself on a plane and visit Hoi An.
This humble town has been a highlight of my trip in Vietnam.
With its stunning buildings, it’s bright and booming local businesses and it’s wonderful charm.
